POLICIES

All appointments require a nonrefundable deposit due when booking. Deposits are refunded if I, Jeilyn Byrd cancel your appointment.
*Remaining balance must be paid in cash.*

15-minute grace period! Please be in my chair at the time your service is set to begin. After 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled. 

 $15 Late fee 

No call no show clients will be blocked from future booking.

Units must be dropped off at least 5 days prior to appointment for install prep.

Human hair only, no synthetic units.

Ensure hair is clean & product free unless a shampoo service is included.

All hair must be 100% detangled before being serviced. 

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your service time. No call no shows will be blocked from future bookings. You may only reschedule an appointment once, after the second reschedule your appointment will be canceled.  

No same day appointments. Ensure hair is detangled! No last-minute style changes. 

Cash only at appointments $4 charge for electronic payments (Cashapp/Apple pay only!)

No kids or extra guest.
